Here at Guild House Apartments we are proud to offer an income-based community designed to provide quality, affordable housing for adults 62 years of age and older. Through the HUD Section 8 rental assistance program, rent is based on income to help ensure that comfortable housing remains accessible to seniors with a variety of financial backgrounds.
